This wine is a blend of selected parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from our Coonawarra vineyards. Showing deep rich color with concentrated berry characters and flavors, the wine exhibits a complex palate, good tannin structure and a firm finish. Maturing in a mix of new French and American hogheads for 22 months has allowed vanillan and spciy oak flavours to develop.

This is a classic full flavoured Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon with fruit sourced from our “Killian Vineyard” centrally located in Coonawarra. The mature Cabernet block is narrow-row planted, producing lower yields of intense ripe fruit. Matured in a new French oak hogheads for 22 months, the wine a complex but firm balanced tannin structure and ripe fruit characters. The wine has excellent fruit concentration, good palate weight and an elegant nose.

This is a classic Shiraz made from fruit grown on a unique parcel of 40 year old vines in the heart of Coonawarra township. The vineyard is located on the famous terra rossa strip and has been dry grown and nurtured to increase the intensity and complexity of fruit flavours. The wine exhibits traditional spicy, peppery and rich plum flavours enhanced through maturation in new French oak hogheads for 22 months.

This unique wine comprises a classic Shiraz grown at the northern end of Coonawawrra, blended with a select parcel of Viognier giving the wine an exciting and generous mouthfeel. The wine exhibits concentrated fruit flavors together with traditional spicy, peppery and rich ripe red berries. The Shiraz has been enhanced through maturation in new French and American oak hogheads for 22 months. The wine shows complex, well-balanced firm tannins and good structure.
